What A Lovely Suprise
Honest, I can ‘t get enough of the scents of my Cinamumu, Kamuning and Camia every time I visit the garden nowadays. They are all blooming at the same time. I got a lovely suprise when what was left of my airplant is this.

Last New Year’s day, Nissa brought two varieties of Monstera which were gifts from Obet’s sister to me. I just love them.

They are lovely additions to my garden.
My Camia
First time I nurtured this plant. It was given by a friend a few months ago. The scent, the scent….oh so sweet.

Gardener’s Dream
Yesterday, I had an early morning visit to the garden. I pruned our Arius tree, trimmed my Kamuning plants and repotted some that I bought two months ago. Then I took these photos.

This Is Just Lovely
One of Nissa’s gifts during my birthday is this lovely plant called Rattlesnake Calathea (the one in the middle). It is commonly called prayer plant. I have another variety of this in my garden.

I didn’t even know that this could be used as indoor plant. I transferred and repotted some plants yesterday. The garden is doing good.
Oh, To See Such Lovely Blooms
Spent the early morning weeding and admiring the flowers in my garden. I have some new ones I bought yesterday. Delivery of the plants was free.

What’s In A Garden
Ah, I could not get enough of the flowers in my garden. Ibwant to document every bloom. I already transferred my button plants along with the two Aster I bought a few days ago.

Morning Gifts
Finally, my Bridal Bouquet is in bloom. Tiny flowers that add to my collection of white. They actually look like my Kamuning.

Garden Finds
Quite ashamed. I think it’s been more than a year since I posted here but you can always visit my main blog DREAMS AND ESCAPES (arlene1956.wordpress.com).
I am presently enamoured with white flowers. Aside from those I have posted here earlier, I was able to find more blooms yesterday. Here are some plants I haven’t posted here yet.

My pink Ruellia. Used it to greet the new month.
There are actually plenty more. Will upload them some other time.
Welcome To My Tiny Garden
Just done trimming the carabao grass early this morning. A sort of a back-breaking job since it is hard to trim the grass in between the stepping stones. I took shots of some plants but they were a bit blurred in the early morning.
When Summer Is Here
I was supposed to include these photos of our garden that I took yesterday morning in my other blog but for some reason, they would not load.
I finished trimming our grass yesterday and started pruning some of the overgrown plants but haven’t finished them yet. It is so hot here.
Remember the pineapple I took shot of a few weeks ago when it was just a bud? It has grown considerably and I am just waiting for maybe two or three more months before harvesting it. Pineapples take time to reach their full maturity. Would you believe, it usually takes six months? Here’s how it looks now. It’s growing nicely.
It is always a surprise to see new blooms in the garden. I only used to have them in purple, these lovely Ruellia plants but they are now showing pink and white colors too. The seeds grow on their own. You’ll just be surprised that they grow plenty in your garden.
I have these lovely mixtures of Four O’clock, Zinnia and Vinca in one corner of the garden. They are in different shades of pink. Summer is when you can see them all abloom.
